1. Orders

All orders placed through this website are for pickup only at this time — we do not currently offer dine-in seating. Orders placed through Uber Eats or DoorDash are subject to that platform's own terms in addition to these.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Menu prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable HST is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Payment

Direct orders may be paid online by card (processed securely by Square) or in person at pickup. We do not store your card details — payment is handled entirely by Square.

4. Order Accuracy & Substitutions

We do our best to fulfill orders exactly as placed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the details provided to offer a substitution or refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Allergens

Our kitchen prepares dishes that may contain or come into contact with common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, shellfish, dairy, soy). Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions in the order notes before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Pickup

Pickup address and instructions are provided by text or email after your order is confirmed. Please arrive within the agreed pickup window — orders not collected within a reasonable time may be donated or discarded.

8. Website Use

This website and its content (including the logo, photos, and menu descriptions) belong to The Jollof Minister and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
