Refund Policy

1. Order Issues
If something is wrong with your order (missing item, incorrect item, or quality issue), contact us within 24 hours at jollofminister01@gmail.com or +1 416-844-6970 and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we haven't started preparing them yet. Once preparation has started, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or store credit.
3. Missed Pickup
Orders not collected within the agreed pickup window are not eligible for a refund, as the food has already been prepared.
4. Uber Eats / DoorDash Orders
Orders placed through Uber Eats or DoorDash are subject to that platform's own refund policy, not ours — please contact them directly for those orders.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds for card payments are returned to the original payment method via Square, typically within 5-10 business days.
